Return Policy

Because there are over 1 million variations of springs, we only make the spring after it is ordered. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on any spring kits or spring orders. This policy is stated on product pages and during checkout, where customers must accept the terms. Our legal liability does not allow us to resell any parts, since it can be potentially life-threatening (working with springs can be dangerous, although it is rare). Moreover, if a customer was to pay for return shipping of springs, springs are very expensive to ship and can cost upwards of $30 just for return shipping.

All sales are final on all sales and products on GarageDoorNation.com  

You may email us to discuss getting a discount on your new order if you need to purchase another pair of springs.

For other, non-kit or spring items (like remotes), we accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit. The customer is responsible for return shipping and we do NOT accept items that have been removed from packaging, opened, or used in anyway.

*INSULATION KITS
The 100% money-back guarantee on any insulation products ONLY applies if the kit is unopened, unused, purchased less than 14 days ago, AND "returned to sender" within 3 days of receiving. We do not pay for return shipping costs.


Refunds and Exchanges (not valid for kits or any spring orders)

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at support@garagedoornation.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
